Okay. So one of my more active members (Joselyn) was in The Cartel before the restart.

I know quite a lot of drama went on through many misunderstandings and misconceptions with people from within and outside of the guild. Hopefully that's in the past.

But what this post is about is my interest in bringing it back.
When I was in the guild, I loved it quite dearly.
No, we didn't do any events towards the end, but that was because lack of members and motivation between the remaining members.
Sadly, the only frequently active members in its final 6+ months were Krent, RiffRaff, and myself.

But, as you will notice the original leaders are no longer with us...I mean inactive...not dead....>_>

I would love to see what the players and GMs think of possibly bringing this back.
Please give ideas for additions, changes, events, anything really.
Or if you hate the idea just let me know.

I feel a lot can be done with this guild if we get enough people into it.

Frankly, I love it just as it is. If there are any changes to be made, I don't know what they are, and would probably join if it came back up, since I never got the chance to before.

Well my whole ordeal with the changes is that since the original leaders are not here,
I really don't want to just steal their Guild, you know?

I'm thinking about adding a few more rules.

If it means anything, this guild has my blessings to restart under new leadership. I've been inactive for quite some time on the server and, as things are for me now, I probably will remain as such. So the people wishing to RP in the Steamwheedle Cartel shouldn't wait on it's old leader to kick start it again.

So go forth and RP it up.

I wasn't part of it pre-restart, and I can only vaguely remember the guild. What does it do? Who is it for? I'd like to know all that jazz.

I'll start making changes to the guild information
being as I don't want to just straight up
take all of it. I'm not comfortable with
just taking all of the rules and transferring
them all over.

It'd be a reason to play as a Troll again, since Horde is rather dead, player wise.

Ahhh, memories. The many adventures Abby had with the cartel, mostly because of Velina's amazing idiocy. But damnit, it was fun. Maybe this time, I'll actually join it and experience it from that point of view.
