No High Elf Forsaken?

He did? Well, Skaar is a High Elven Forsaken. An approved one, might I add. If we couldn't play those, how would one even achieve the Dark Ranger Prestige Title?

The GMs have made mistakes concerning profiles. It's likely they overlooked this. Do not use other characters as a reason for your character to be something. If your character cannot stand on its own, then it will not stand.

I am going to be blunt on this. High Elves and Blood Elves are no longer the same race. Anything High elf is not playable. Blood Elves are playable. It is nothing too complex of a thing here.

High Elf Forsaken aren't High Elven, either. They are a new race. Denoting them as High Elven is stating their heritage. As in, they WERE High Elven, but are now Forsaken. Blood Elves WERE High Elven, but now are Blood Elves.

They are not a new race. They're just dead High Elves.

Oh yeah, and for those of you who are saying that we aren't allowed to play High Elves...again, they WERE High Elves in LIFE! They are DEAD. They are now Forsaken. We aren't asking to be labeled as a High Elf, but as a Forsaken of High Elven ancestry and heritage.

Because any Forsaken can be trained as onel.

Xigo. Dark Rangers are Forsaken who were RANGERS in life. You can't have Rangers without having High Elves. Therefore, the prestige cannot exist on this server without High Elven Forsaken.

A human can learn ranging skills. And a human can learn necromancy skills. Therefore it denotes that a forsaken can become a Dark Ranger.

The Dark Rangers were formed by Sylvanas Windrunner, who found that after regaining her body, she could no longer communicate with nature and she would never be able to work with it again. In her anger, she began using powers that were becoming much more familiar with her: Necromancy. She began altering her style to fit with her necromatic abilities, and such, the first Dark Ranger was born. Since then, she has taught others the nefarious trade, and they have become a powerful force to be reckoned with.

The Dark Rangers are killing machines, usually downing opponents with a single arrow in brutal sneak attacks. They are not front line soldiers, and in major battles, are captains and commanders. They give support with their expert marksmanship as well as use curses and necromancy to confuse and crush any opposition in their wake.

Note: Most Dark Rangers are Forsaken High Elves. Only one Human Forsaken is known to have become a Dark Ranger, so it would be really uncommon for a former human to become a Dark Ranger.

Please read the note on the wiki page. Forsaken Humans can become Dark Rangers. It's called an errata.

If you look at our wiki on Dark Rangers, it clearly says that a Forsaken can be one. True, it says they are former High Elves, but if we're not allowing them it'd have been pretty silly of us to make the title accessible, no? The only logical explanation is that any Forsaken, regardless of their race in life, can go that road if they possess certain basic skills. If we look at what a Dark Ranger is, it's simply an archer with necromancer abilities, both things a Human can be, really.

Did you not accept this as being there, or simply were too careless and didn't read it.

A high elf forsaken, was just a Forsaken that was a high elf in life. He's dead now, you don't need a whole new model and race, the race of Forsaken is a mixture of humans and high elves. It's called, Imagination. Just pretend he has his ears or something. Or say they got cut off. Blood elves use to be high elves, forsaken use to be high elves. Are they now? No. Did both of them use to be? Yes. So I see that there's no true difference. How can we play blood elf if you say there's no high elves allowed at all? The only difference is that they have green eyes. Forsaken have more differences then a belf had to a helf.

Look what I found! By a simple Wowwiki search! I'd say that a human Dark Ranger is so rare it's almost lore character level.

"Nearly all dark rangers are undead high elves found only among the Forsaken. No other faction has the elves' history coupled with the personal knowledge of shadows to learn the arts of a dark ranger. In fact, many dark rangers refuse to teach their arts to anyone who wasn't a former elf. While these rangers have slackened their restrictions some, most dark rangers were once elves.
