I know I said I would refrain from posting, but the last few raise some questions/thoughts from me.

I think you misread my comment. I'm talking about non-experienced characters.

I'll point out that fresh, inexperienced characters are in the minority, on that note. Though in the event one was to role one it actually wouldn't be necessary to use any system at all to improve them.

Just because I'm a tier 3 warrior doesn't mean I'm going to go 'lul, i'm better cause tier 3' in a trust fight with someone who'd logically win.

And in the end if we are to consider a trust fight I'm not sure what the purpose of a power tier would be at all. If we're to disregard roll combat then why do we need an OOC system to dictate a scale of power in the first place?

All I want is to be able to play what I want, and the gms/admins/playerbase seems set on having an OOC system. TBH when I joined this server prestiges were made about power, it was literally: "prestiges are really hard to get because they make you more powerful than anyone else".

I don't know how that... myth (I suppose that's the word) was started, but meh.

*necromancy* Rather just to pull to the light if anyone wants to utilize any class descriptions from it or if it inspires any future work from anyone in the community.
I know I am not active much at all anymore - this is not an act of trolling, it is an act of good will, one where players that may not of seen this work may use it to inspire or create new ideas with.
I am not a fan for any ideas to fall into the void.
