A: Yes.
2) Could a Woman be a Chieftain?
A: Yes.
3) Could a Woman be a Warchief (Only if yes to #2)?

Draenei


1) Could a Woman, pre-Legion, possibly have been in one of the three seats of power filled by Archimonde, Kil'jaedan and Velen?
A: I'm not too sure on this one. There -is- confirmed sexism in ancient Draenei society, with them not allowing women to become Anchorites until recently.
2) Could a Woman be the new Prophet if Velen dies?
A: Yes.

Human


1) Could a Woman be a General, or any other high-ranking military rank?
A: Yes.
2) Could a Widow Queen still rule the Kingdom, or would it go to their child (If they have one)?
A: They would likely remain in power until the child was fit to rule.
3) (Only if it's No for #2, and they have no child) Then what would happen?
A: See no.2

A: Yes.

2) Could a Woman be the new Prophet if Velen dies?
A: Yes.

I'm almost not sure about this. Prophet is Velen's title, I don't think it's their leader's title. He's a prophet because, out of the three leaders in the past, he had the power of prophecy. The only reason he leads his people is because of his years of experience and his power. In theory if a woman was powerful enough, but with the sexism like Xigo said it would be hard for one to be more powerful than a male at this point (though not impossible.) Nothing says the leader has to be a prophet.

Velen is also the one who led the draenei to the Light, which makes him even more their Prophet. When or if he dies, nobody will replace him. They will probably figure out a new leadership position, or even more likely a council of some kind. And if Velen has a child, that child might not be considered a Prophet. In human society, many people who have become "prophets" don't have the title passed on to their heirs.
