-Positive Roleplaying Experiences-

Thank you to those of you who put up with my NPC puppetry. I'm sure it can get annoying sometimes, but I do try to make it fun! I at least enjoy the encounters.

... Even if all these characters are slaughtered by yours.

... One of these days I'm going to jump someone with a Pit Lord or something. Then we'll see who has the last laugh!

Let me see... Who do I start with? Mm...

@Nexi: Oho~ My favorite pragmatic goat, we had good RPs together so far, including all the cuddling and shenanigans in the goat group, not to mention the fact you're a really nice person.

@BountyHunter: Why not go for all GMs first!? Yeah, I might get a promot--- *Coughs* Ahem... So, Bounties... No, nevermind, jump to the next person *Trollfaces* We didn't have that many RPs so far, but I quite enjoyed the ones we had already, particularly the ones involving Sebastien (which were a couple only, but quite nice), and with Iavis (Eppytroll). Another good friend too, yup~

@arbator177: Oh, Patties... Why have you left!? Still, you have not been forgotten. Great roleplayer and friend, many of the best RPs I had around were with you. Useless to say how much I miss you, our RPs with Patties, Celes and Pollie were priceless. Hope to see you soon, and good luck with the tour!

@Uguu: NO, NO, GOD NO, I DON'T WANT TO TALK--- Okay okay, I'm talking, lower the gun please... We had our differences sometimes, mostly because I'm a hard headed person at times to take things while you are so direct and blunt. Despite our differences I think we've managed to deal well with each other with some friendship and respect (you don't dare mention the random insulting on private chat :D). Pollie and most your chars always provide with great RP moments, so, good to have you around~

@GeneralDefyre: Vitty! Yeah, Eppy and Vitty divorced, but we didn't--- Wait what? Ah... Okay... Heh! Well I can say I had good RP moments with you, when I say good I'm not talking only about RPs where our characters are all happy and cuddly, but also heavy drama and daily hardships. Hope you can come back to RP soon. C:

@CasualMatt: Aha~ Celes' adoptive little sister, Aiya! Probably one of the first draenei Celes actually had a really good interaction with, as something like a female. That, and most other characters we played with (Mostly on CO) are very good, while you're a great person yourself. Come around more often, dammit.

@Psycho: NO, NO, STOP STALKING ME! Nah~ You're a demanding person, I admit, but there's hardly any RP I regret having with you. Both good and bad moments in it were interesting to play, and I hope we can RP more often in a near future (If I can stop creating random chars and growing addicted to them...).

@Reeze777: Someone called Reezes?! I did... We only started RP'ing more frequently recently, though those are proving to be great RPs too! The whole relationship between Gregg, Eppy and Saiyuu is generating enough drama between them to make the whole thing much more interesting, including his efforts to make the relationship work. Before that I also enjoyed when Pops stopped by on Eppy's tavern, always with direct, crude comments, but a kind character in his own way. SOn top of that you're another good friend, OOC'ly. I demand more Irishmen and Fire-spitting mages!

@Adam255: N-NO! AH, GO AWAY! Not in the--- I hate you... Haha, just joking. You, Reeze and Psycho have been great RP partners lately, especially because your chars tend to give others good character development without making a godly level of effort. Talesta... Priceless, the man-goat. Eppy misses Alexis but well, we can't complain~ Thanks for being another great friend too and for being there in moments I also needed someone to talk to.

@shadowwolf331: Hey, not many RPs with you around but I can tell the ones I've had were pretty interesting, especially lately with Tirin and Saiyuu~ c:

@Roxas65: Yooou! We didn't RP much on CotH, but quite a lot on CO. So, I can tell you're a good roleplayed, and you surprised me with how much a honest person you are OOC'ly. You also gave me great insight and idea for some characters, so, thank you too.

@Wendigo: Run! He will eat all your cookies! ... I've only RP'ed with Zenn so far. Honestly, he can be such a hard-minded character you feel like punching the screen (xD) but that's nice, since you will never only find people that will make you smiley and happy. Besides, Zenn has his own way to show satisfaction and is quite a joker, his lame jokes are the best.

@imagenashyun: I almost forgot you! How could I!? We RP'ed quite often, not in a daily basis but it still was in quite a decent and nice frequency, and I liked it really so far. Kapre's adorable moments are the best, and the siblings and their bickering makes me laugh all the time. <3

@Reigen: Oho, those were some nice RP moments we had. Reigen and Eppy talking about male experiences tend to be the most laughable parts (especially later when her daughter is around~).

@rodentjoe: The RPs with Arn can be so bloody fun. I still remember Claire giving Bigges his stylish reading glasses~ Other than that it's very fun to have Kazuru around. ^^

@Sunday12321: Interesting, good roleplayer, rarely afraid of going out his way to seek sources of WoW's history to learn good from it. Most your chars have some peculiar and unique traits about them that end up making me like them. Looking forward for RP'ing more with your new guy, Doyle. c:

@Cassius: Dat bottle... While a fairly new player in the server, you've impressed me with your RP abilities, maybe the most by the fact your chars are damn realistic without losing a healthy dose of humor. ^^

@Cidaska: Oho, my favorite IC doctor, Lynn! And Svelia too (though sadly it was retconned that Celes met her *sob), but well, I liked what we've had so far and I like how Lynn acts out of her way to truly help others. And the charming Cid (I yell "Seed" all the time I think of the name). <3

@Dotsy: Dotsy! Good RP both here and on CO, and you know how much I love some characters of yours, especially Angelika. You better be online more often or I will cut your legs off.

@Saronsen: No one is perfect, you had your problems, like many here did, but from what I could see you managed to learn from them and turn what in the past was seen as a mistake into a really enjoyable experience, not many roleplayers are able to have this level of growth~ So, keep it up with the good work. <3

@Mathias: My favorite crippled character, Matthew! I've only RP'ed with you on him so far, but it's nice to see the grumpy (but somewhat kind) old man being around and hating elves~

@Flammeschmieden: Another pleasant experience, both on Miruka and Mika. Lately more on Mika, since her friendship with Celes has improved a little~ Hope to RP more often with you in a near future. c:

@Binkleheimer: I only recall RP'ing with you on Montague, but so far so good, Montague is that shady-looking guy that can surprise people by being nice. <3

@kjgrainge: I recall having some nice moments with Viridiel, but now you be gone~ Where to? Cinnamon misses the charming boastful elf (she still wants to shoot him, just for note...).

@Djurawuzhere: I only remember RP'ing with your Andarun but it was a memorable experience, the times we did. So, you won a good place here. <3

@CappnRob: Along with Immy, you always provide good RP, or even without him! Cristo is a good guy and my characters had good moments around him, though sometimes they tried more dangerous things, like punching (*cough* Celes *cough*).

@PvtFrog: Sorry! You were the last I remembered, Frog, but doesn't mean you're less important. RPs with Vyndus are always priceless and while tense, I find his friendship with Celes rather interesting. Erick is unique too and I wish to see him take over the Acherus someday. xD

Damn, that was a list...

'S cool. I'm forgettable.

It's okay Xigo. I'm right there with you.

I will say though that you're honestly one of the most enjoyable people to talk and RP with. We don't get around to RPing with one another too often anymore, but we should. And you should be in more skype calls, even if you do end up falling asleep.

...Hmm. Let's see. In no particular order...

Spoiler:
Thank you Krilari, because I honestly wouldn't have carried Endling onwards past Kidnapped if you hadn't provided me the direction. She's one of my most played characters now and in a way I mostly have you to thank for that; the RP we had was enjoyable, even when it did start to fade out some nowadays.

Thank you Grakor, for being an awesome friend. I know it seems like I may only ask you about my questions on the server sometimes, or just vent on others, but you're really a great guy to talk to, and RPing with Thragash and Gunnar is something I've missed since the restart. I'm sorry if it seems like I just bounce my gripes or questions on you; I don't mean to, honest.

Thank you Brutal. I like to remember the best, and though we have our differences now (and you're gone and won't even see this), I still think the Bloodsworn had a great run. In a few ways I owe you for inspiration on the events I do today.

Thanks Mouse, less than three. I don't even think I need to go into detail here, we just had a great time.

Myes.

Thanks to Dan, for teaching me some of the most colorful metaphors including soda and being a generally great guy.

Thanks to Cressy, because as much as I loathed seeing your posts on drama topics you're a great friend. I know you apologize a lot for dragging me along, but it's all fine; it's my job, and I really do enjoy it. You're fun to talk to, you're fun to RP with, you're just fun.

(nub)

Thanks Mathias, because inexplicably a human paladin has become the most reliable attendee for a dwarf war event. I really appreciate your support.

Thanks Wuvvums, for obvious reasons. Stop stealing my purple crystals in Spiral Knights.

And thanks Kretol, for putting up with my antics with spawning and NPC creation, my inane prodding to get systems looked over, -all of that stuff-. Also for being a generally accessible guy, heh.

Oh. And for keeping the server running and all that.

I've missed so many people it isn't even funny. I'm caught between typing this and running a dungeon in Spiral Knights though, so don't think harshly of me for leaving you out.

Much love guys.

I forgot people, I posted in something like this before and was told its not fair to the people who don't get talked about. Or favortism or something which I disagreed with, glad people are doing it anyway. With that said!

Spoiler'd for length. And Mindjobidness.

Nexi:
Spoiler:
You've always supported my outspoken personality, and saw through it that I really don't plan to offend anyone. You've been nothing be kind OOc and ICly, and currently has one of the longest standing friendships on the server with me. Unless you retconned them. But if not Raphael and Lexi are one of the most comical, epic teams I've had the pleasure to be apart of. Also I'd like to thank you for your support in the Draenei Pilgramage as well. I wish we could RP more because it hasn't been like it used to. I'd like to request that we RP sometime, I will have to make Quilvatu again, or perhaps you can make an alt for Novalights? :x

Cressy:
Spoiler:
Cressy helped me get adjusted on the server, and really showed me what I could do with the medium. She took me all over Azeroth and Outland before I had saw any of the zones. She gave me great RP and humored some of my fail concepts. The off on Selena/Jid duo was cool, and spawned the concept of the whole Novalight House during the restart. All these events probably wouldn't exist if it wasn't for Cressy, Flammos and a few others. Butterfly effect is interesting. Also Jean and Raphael were hilarious. Some thought we were trolling, but for those who got to know the characters, when they weren't being agressive or ignorant got to see that they both actually had great stories and justified reactions. Cressy although a nub is underrated in my opinion. RP with me fool, or let a dood get in on somethin'. I also love Cressy's ability to characterize a character. Which to me ( and I could be wrong ) are little quirks emoted that even when you see a highly generalized sprite or char model you say ( thats "_____" ) I love Jean's way of speech. "Shut up ya' Berk!" Sprinkles Speech impediment. She even had a deaf scryer which was conveyed wonderfully.

Flammos2 motha [Censored] hundred:
Spoiler:
One of my favorite CoThers, very educated on the lore and friendly. My knowledge of Flammos' chars are quite limited actually as I've only played with Elil who I enjoy immensely and Kynra. Elil was featured in the Pharaoh's Colloseum's intro and ending. Flammos was one of the players that helped define Jidaeo which is pretty much my main or at least the foundation for my Novalight Storyline. RP was consistant, and the RP was believable. Flammos was the one that I got to test and play around with PvE events and random storytelling. The Original Zariel existed with Flammos' Lina who were just catching wind of artifacts spread over Azeroth, similar to the skulls of the New storyline. I enjoy the RP and miss it quite frankly, I know we RP at different times and with different people but I'd really like to request we RP again sometime.

Reigen:
Spoiler:
What!? Whuddup Nub. Reigen I enjoy because of her flexibility, and her natural ability to portray a character. Reigen Dawnsend being one of my favorite chars on the server. I wanted to RP with Reigen, before Lost Minded started. I just remember seeing the name always on the server list, and was curious. Upon Initial RP Jid tried to recruit Reigen twice I think. Possibly three times, no dice. I log on one day and DaveM's Singe gets her in the guild. Story unfolds and Jidaeo sends at least 15 player characters to kill her. Reigen and I remained cool OOC whispering eachother jokingly like. "Yeah I'm sending 3 people to kill you today" - "Psh Just killed two yesterday" Or updating me on the kill count. It was fun and cool because that was a situation that could get -very- ugly OOC. It's enjoyable to See the two characters go from enemies to comrades to friends TO ENEMIES FOR A SECOND then friends again. Also Reigen provided me with a lot of RP when I could literaly find none, and my will to stay on the server was almost non-existent. I am grateful to have stayed. Reigen you are awesome. I mean that.

Hawk:
Spoiler:
LOOK OUT! Here comes the spider haaaands. It's cool bro I got them too. I've Rped with Hawk on a few characters, Draknir, Tzekel and Mokaku. Mokaku who Raphael called 'Cap' because Mokaku or Hawk was a Captain at one time, while just having a random boat event ( An Idea I got from Cressy ) but it was a zeppelin instead RP occurred where some dude tried to fight the mobs on the zep with fire. Which lead me to say... O.o now the Zeppelin is on fire. As a GM hawk could've commandeered the situation since a relatively unknown grunt had the lives of about 7 characters on a flaming Zeppelin mid air mid fight. But he didn't he continued the RP. Even asked if Mokaku could help steer the Zeppelin to an island. He then ported us to the Islands of Tanaris and thus was the first trapped Island event. There were Hiccups but it was sooooo awesome. And Hawk even helped spawn cinematic things like fire and ports for our escape and travel. Hawk is the reason why prestige classes would've worked. If people had half the consideration as Hawk there would be no issue. If I was a gnome and Hawk had Tzek and we got into a fight, he'd ask what roll bonus I felt comfortable with. Not demanding or pressuring. Too long but I salute you sir, good stuff.

c0rzilla:
Spoiler:
\o/ c0rzilla you are hilarious. I enjoy the detail of your RP, it's incredible. Annabelle is such a tangible character is amazing to see. I was a Marwaz fan, but it's been so long I don't remember why. But It must've been great because I can't stop thinking it. I have to thank you for your involvement with the storyline, going along with my crazyness but even taking it further to add your own. I thank you for having to deal with a group of psychotic condescending elves and still participate. For adding an interesting political element to Zariel. For being available to RP and fun to talk to OOCly. Your Rp is like I said is amazing and it stems from your writing ability. I'd really love to see more posts from Anna's perspective in the cosmos thread. You are also one of the people I am most curious of to play another character. Your conviction with Annabelle is dead on, and I know Marwaz was radically different. I wonder how many other personalities you have in there.

Grakor:
Spoiler:
/salute. Hey Grakor. To me you aren't as bad as people say you are. There's things you've done I've disagreed with but thats because we're individuals, not because you're forum name is red. I thank you for re looking over a friend of mine's introduction, who a lot of people know and RP with. I also thank you for Far Wolves RP, Although I fail at it now, and probably wasn't too good back then, Orc RP is amazing if you can get a consistent group of old horde chars. I also remember very vividly when Maku first met Balgarn, because it was one of the first Death Knights I saw on any char ICly let alone OOcly. He was walking down the path in the Barrens to Ratchet from Crossroads. Maku, Oddiroto and another troll were stunned, and genuinely intimidated as Death Knights used to be when they were difficult to acquire. ( which I arrived at the tail end of ) I also don't know if I've done something in the past to Irritate you, I hope that I haven't because I'd enjoy RP again!

P.S. More Skin Thieves, And Wintergrasp conquest RP!

Kretol:
Spoiler:
/salute. Hello Kreto'. I'd have to say thank you for keeping the Server going, for allowing me to RP and defile your threads with my storyline posts. I apologize for some of the rude, inconsiderate and selfish comments I've made in the past, and also some that may have been misinterpreted when I simply freely speak my mind. There was a time where I was almost on my way out of here, because of a few interactions with some characters and how they felt about the way I rped and things. It brought me to make a feedback thread to get it out in the open. Which I got a lot of great constructive criticism. From support that I did have positive qualities in Rp and people did enjoy me, to others explaining things I needed to work on. Things I take seriously, as a courtesy to those I RP with. Such As DaveM and Etmorsil's comments. The latter spawning the change in my Storyline making it from Jid's perspective. But I thank you for being patient, and allowing me to stay if you haven't noticed I enjoy it here very much. The butterfly effect you've created has effected the lives of many, and it feels good to get away from the mundaneness of work, bills and other crap to go on fanatical adventures with friends from other continents. I will never be able to repay you for that.

Anski:
Spoiler:
d: o So... we don't really RP anymore. But I've always enjoyed it, I like Anski for numerous reasons. I enjoyed her versitility in music, and enjoyed the Radio station she had going during RP. One time while Jid and Selena were RPing in her tailor shop Anski came in and dual boxed the most epic fight. I always wanted to have a char train under her temporary namesake elf. I also enjoyed Anski's Night Elves, Masimarvi and Navren, It was awesome to Rp with Masi and form a shaky bond between her and Jidaeo. Then to return to Azshara to find out she's dead and meet her brother. Then the Bronze Dragonflight sent us back in time only days or weeks, couple months max to Save the elf. I remember when Navren was going on his journey, then I remember seeing him return and fighting along side him. ( as Jidaeo of course ) it was epic and enjoyable. Anski's writing is always enjoyable to read. I also Request RP with this individual please.

Rosencrat:
Spoiler:
I've always been upfront about how I felt about your RP. Because I personally think it's incredible. I remember Romero meeting Valira when you joined the server, and the way she was portrayed was very meticulously done. She was just very believable and captivating she responded and seemed to mesh well ( to my surprise ) with the mischievous warlock. I didn't Rp too much with you after that, except your BE in Aula Arcanum and that was fun as well. Another very strict depiction of a character, making her extremely believable, never swaying from the boundaries of what defined her. All of your characters I have seen are like that, no matter who comes up to you, A lulzy Orc, Trolling Belf, ignorant human or loudmouth Draenei your characters will react differently adapting to the situation but completely within realms of what emotions or things that character would do. Your writing is...whew. Awesome. Very captivating and I enjoy reading, I've always wanted to hop into one of your storylines again, since I'm a better RPer now than I was when we spent most of our time. I think we could wreak glorious havoc ( not in the sense of evil chars ) and it would be awesome. I request RP.

BountyHunter:
Spoiler:
I like Bounty, He's helpful and -always- up for RP. We had our disagreements and issues in the past but that -never- stopped Bounty from RPing with me. Our chars may have wanted to kill each other, but we still RPed and there was never any OOC drama. It was strictly RP and I respect that more than you'll know because that's how it should be done. I like that Bounty has like 30 chars and they're all as unique and in depth as his main. It's an admirable quality as I tend to worry because sometimes the lines of my own chars tend to blur. Too many stuck up elves.

Grogloki:
Spoiler:
Without This individual, I wouldn't be here. Not because he turned me on to CoTH. But He got me into RP. I know Grog IRL and one time he was telling me about a game ( which I perceived to be a video game ) that had all these epic customization and such a riveting storyline. Only to find out it was a tabletop RPG which left me like lolwut? But then I started playing and was naturally captivated by the way the story was displayed and the ability to make -any- decision I could conjure and see the effects, unlike the limit of what is programmed by video games. It was also Grogloki who got me onto World of Warcraft, as I've played the warcraft series and enjoy Starcraft more, but never had any interest in wow. Until I saw it on his computer, and thought it was awesome. I bought the game and was blown away by how large it was and the detail of the zones. I didn't like leveling so the game was collecting dust. But Grogloki introduced me to RP + World of Warcraft which eventually led to CoTH. So if you don't like ThePharaoh blame Grogloki.

I have someone to thank...

Spoiler:

That person is everyone, because when you take out every piece, the whole looses value. Everyone on CotH plays an important role in the community, and I thank you all for filling that role so diligently. Everyone is deserving of praise in this thread, because everyone here has done something grand.

Stay classy, CotH.

I like to thank everyone for the positive experiences I had with them.
Even the few or the many to come, though I sometimes feel like a side-line person at times I feel that even as such a person that every little bit helps in a great experience for everyone. Keep on going people and I hope that everyone'll have continue to have great experiences all around, small or big.. both still matter ^^

Time to add to the list...likely have alot to mention, so run for cover.

@Flammos200 - Reckon I should hurl the first thanks in your direction, like I have many a time. I strongly bet that without you tossing a tabard at Avints and asking him to join The Pride all that time into the past of two restarts, I would likely not of stuck with Coth as long as I have. Even after then though you've been a great buddy, between Ventus' regular conversations between a whole assortment of your characters, the occasional intriguing puzzle provided to Jastilus to fill his time and of course the times Avints was dragged through 'hell' for The Pride and 'for great justice!'. I find it a great shame that you don't rp as openly as you did but who cares, your a great person either way icly and oocly.

@Wuvvums - For being a all purpose friend on Coth. Always there to listen when I go off into a ooc hate rant about whatever has irked me at the time and from what it seems, willing to speak what they think truly about it in return. Also Spiral Knights.

Spoiler:
I also reckon Abian should encounter his Aunt Lenore more often! Just prod me and ask!

@Flammeschmieden: Because of Captain Mika and all the bizarre things that has happened to Gavin because of all it. Look forward to yet more drama and least we forget, whatever adventure 'Crimson Cloak' And 'Halbred Lady' go off on...(Which is zero, for anyone else reading thus far...)

@Aisha - Although you've no doubt moved on and likely never frequent this website any more, thank-you for all the rp! I don't know how many times I've found myself laughing at the situations Avints would end up in thanks to a certain Nelf Huntress...

@Drust - Because of Tirius, the best companion a pansy could ask for...

@Roxas - For the Lazuri plot-line(s) and otherwise being a good friend. One should frequent Coth more (And No, not just CO!)

@Nexi - For the Draenei RP - The Good Draenei RP.

@Bovel - Likewise!

I'm likely forgetting people, but they probably already know how much I thank them anyway! Peace out.[/color]
