Create account issue's

Alright. So Rae, a new account that was accepted yesterday, was using her computer to make an account after I had changed her realmlist and such, only to get: Your IP address is already associated with an existing account. Please contact Kretol with an explanation and your IP if you need an exception added.
Your IP: 169.244.180.190

What exactly does this mean? And if it's because of the fact she's using the same internet as me, can this be fixed? We tend to share internet seeming as though we usually are together...

It pretty much means; Contact Kretol so he can set you up! ^^

It's a measure to prevent one person from making more then one account in (say in the event of a ban, it blocks ban evasion out). The (external, aka outgoing/visible on the interet) IP address is (for the Netherlands at least) limited to one per house (Internal, so everything in your house, allows multiple addresses) . So everyone who is in that house, and goes on the internet, uses that outgoing IP (Or number series, if you will). (I probably explained that wrong but.. Heh)

But yes, it's because you two use the same internet and you tried to make an account while the server already recognizes your account with that IP. Nudge Kretol about it, he can set the account up or allow for a second account to be created on that IP. (He'll probably see this as well, but for the details of said account. Poke Kretol)
