Okey, I failed at this quite terribly so let's try once more. This friday, event and casual RP, gonna try and be up longer and not be sick.

Yeah, you live and you learn. What happens when you are tired and sit at your computer?

You fall asleep on your keyboard for almost five hours, wake up having flooded the device with drool and your right eye is almost swollen shut from the first stage of a pressure ulcer.

EDIT: Yes, the keyboard is broken and now I use an old one that I have to employ a pen to push certain letters.

I realize that I'm starting to sound like a broken record, but lets give RP another try. I have freed up time thursday night for a few hours (from around 10 AM ST) preferably spent on Pilgrimage RP. Friday will be event.

The Friday weather forecast for Nagrand is 32 °C with a 70% chance of Troovo (because a meeting might end up happening that morning, I never know).

Finally an event after such long time of failure!!
I hope the discussions tonight offers some growth and added consideration into your characters. And that you found it rewarding, I know I did.

I just wanted to say that tonight event didn't play out even close to what I had anticipated and it was all impromptu on my part... and it was great! Gonna be a source for some really delicious, heavy roleplay in the future.

Gurvok 's fingers begin to twitch, his neck becoming stiff. His hands wrap around the axe tightly. He simply marches into the cloud. He loses himself to a bloodlust so often seen in his berserker clansman. His eyes, expression, and muscle movements seem quite out of control. As the cloud causes him more and more pain, he furthers himself into its depths.

Uyendu slaps both his hands around Orvisha's upper arms and closes his eyes. Quickly water begins to trickle from his hands and down the orcs arms. She scowls, then glances to the scene inside. Orvisha eyes the width of the tunnel, the height. The angle to...Gurvok?--She then looks to Uyendu. "What--"
The seer keeps channeling with every attention in his being, calling upon the waters of Spiritsong to free Orvisha of the anger. Water would suddenly appear -in- her mouth and start to wellspring from there, essentially starting to drown her. She panics for a moment, breath quickening. For a bit, she struggles, but her peaceful nature works well with the water, despite the cloud of anger and its infection.
Uyendu releases the orc as soon as she reacts to the water and the drowning effect wears off quickly, freeing the shaman from anger. Orvisha leans over, heaving out the water, coughing. She blinks at the dissipating cloud, brow furrowing, then quickly looks to Uyendu for a clue. Then blinks, then wheels to the scream.

A friendly, mild-mannered, neighborhood reminder.

• The Shattering - Come Cataclysm no news of the Shattering will reach the Pilgrimage, for the purpose of not cancelling the storyline. Either timeskip when your characters is in Outland or have her/him miss out on the Shattering, your choice.

Why the condition you wonder? Well my reasoning is that with Cataclysm here everyone will want to explore and RP in the new and improved areas, I want to do that myself! But also because I don't see our helpful and good draenei keeping up a pilgrimage when the entire of Azeroth is in need of aid. I think that the news of the Shattering can instead be a good ending and transmission to Sha'kur RP.

I don't have the time to update and to the admin stuff tonight but I just need to say that event was loads of fun. Orvisha fell of Outland, Gantrithor almost did the same. Miya became an arcane bomb and Uyendu was generally just thrown around like some kid's toy.

Two days with almost ten hours of Draenic Pilgrimage RP... My mind is porridge but I like it. Here's some sweet quotes for ya:

Miya disappears in an oval of pink-purple light that almost blinds the onlookers. She tries to aim at the now inanimate stones but is unable to contain the sheer amount of power. It suddenly erupts in an arcane nova, crashing into everyone around her but herself, remaining unharmed but drained at its epicenter.

Lillisea closes her eyes and calms her movements. "Be my eyes," she says. Then, she begins to sing. Quiet at first, but it slowly rises in volume until the dulcet tones can be heard clearly - the melody is wordless, but it tells a story. - Sadness and discord, to start, but it begins to shift and change, slowly moving into joy and celebration. She directs unseen forces with slow, flowing hand movements, her mask of calm not wavering. Lillisea's bracers begin to grow up her arm. As if random, she suddenly directs both hands toward the bog lord.

I was going to do admin stuff, but then I fell asleep and slept for 17 hours... I guess that was needed. I'll get to that stuff after work today instead, new event times will pop up shortly.

I'm being swamped by quite a few things right now so I'm behind on admin for Draenic Pilgrimage stuff.

Two days ago we finished the elemental storyline and I wish to remind everyone that attended that you may (I'd really appreciate it) write a short IC post about the event from your characters point of view in the storyline-thread - Broken world, broken elements. If you are unsure exactly what to do, take a peak at the two, already finished storylines for explanation, on the first page.

And I just want to add that I was really pleased with the storyline although it started out shaky. That emotional ending got to me as well.

The flaming figure speaks to the crowd again.

Emotions makes her words unsteady.
"The Refuge is my home and I need to do what I can to save it for in my heart there is no other home."
The fiery image would flicker and distort slightly, a sign that it's presence is weakening
"[Draenei] Sister, be mother for us both, will you? Father... please understand that I cannot run anymore, please accept what I try to do."

Kaelis takes a few deep breaths, trying to steady himself.
"[Draenei] I never thought I would see you again, my child. And now that I have, I could not bear to lose you once more..."
Wolfgang wipes a tear from his eye.
"Though we never met...such self sacrifice should only be rewarded with success. I pray my hardest that you achieve whatever it is you need to."
Allira shakes her head slowly to the earth.
"For the thousands of years we have... known each other; it still wasn't enough. I know what is right at this point, but I wish I didn't," she says, extending a hand out to Nexariel's arm to only touch a finger.
