I just got done reading this post and I was wondering where the other Belf classes would stand in this conflict? Would my character as a hunter be pro Rommath, or against?

I did find one of the posts about the felsworn elves... Good stuff.

After reading it can players be in support of Rommath? I saw a rebellion post but I haven't seen a pro-Rommath post yet.

Just to make sure I get it right - server lore question:

Rommath continues the legacy of Kael, sooo, aligning with the Shattered Sun/Liadrin that is/was against Kael should be rather opposing Rommie himself, non? Or has Rommath renounced Kael in discourse and only still follows the direction in practice?

Kael'thas turned out to be a traitor, a servant of the Burning Legion, I think I touched on it pretty well on the first page:

Kael'thas was viewed as the savior of the blood elves, he was their messiah risen to lead them to the promised land of endless magic, but then he fell. I don't believe that what caused the elves most hurt and surprise was the fact that the he meddled with the Burning Legion, but rather that he become nothing but another insect in the already massive burrow that is the legion. Simply put; he betrayed the Sin'dorei values, he lowered himself from the position of Sun-King and became a servant to another. And he was supposed to be the most prominent of them, their messiah, for this, I think, they hate the Legion almost as fiercely as they hate the Scourge, but their goal for the Legion doesn't have to start and end with it's destruction. I would not be surprised if the elves turn to enslave the entire legion, they are the masters of magic, the lords of Azeroth- all born of the blood and then baptized in the blood of the fallen.

With that in mind I'd say that from an OOC point of view the main difference between Rommath and Kael'thas is that Rommath has no qualms about using the Legion but would, like most elves, never bend knee before them.

So aligning with the Shattered Sun wouldn't mean that you would be branded a traitor, no, but I'm sure there would be eyes watching from the shadows.
