Welcome!
Lok'Tar! Conquest of the Horde was originally a private World of Warcraft RP community that focused primarily on roleplay within the WoW setting. Originally established in September of 2007, CotH enjoyed a healthy reign of over seven years focused on WoW roleplay. On January 22nd of 2015, a DMCA notice was issued, resulting in a halt of the WoW RP focus. Now, the community has expanded to encompass multiple worlds in various games and settings. This community will serve as a hub for members to join like-minded individuals in any game or environment. The community itself will also host a few game worlds of its own after development progresses enough.
While the dust is settling after the revelation of the WoW server closure, feel free to hang out and see how development goes!

  Farseer's War Council - 24 March 2008 4pm EST
Posted by: Reetha - 03-13-2008, 01:32 AM - Forum: Community News - Replies (4)

Change has come to Azeroth...old enemies have made their presences known. We have been complacent and allowed them to gain a foothold upon our very doorsteps. Adventurers, taking back our world cannot be done alone.

The Farseer has put forth the call to bring all the remaining adventurers together in Azshara Crater to hear of the plight of each of the races of Azeroth. Bring your courage, as the news from the far reaches of the world is very grim. It is time to plan the defence in order to stay alive and endure in the face of adversity.

We remain. We survive!

Hello CotH! This is a roleplaying event which will put more of the server lore into focus as well as allow players to share information on the various enemies they have encountered, as well as reveal new pockets of creatures people may not have discovered yet. This is also a tactics session for how to best combat the forces of evil which are rushing to overtake the whole of Azeroth.

Come all levels of experience and roleplay ability...this is a free for all council as well as a chance to meet your fellow players after what has been a relatively quiet week.

See you then!

Siv - Winner of Azeroth's Finest
Posted by: Reetha - 03-05-2008, 02:05 PM - Forum: Community News - No Replies

In a great bout between Siv and Rensin, the two duked it out for the right to be called Azeroth's finest. It was a very close match, and was awarded to Siv. We want to thank everyone who participated in a good job well done!

The festivities ended on a rather dark note however, when the traitor Varimathras made a appearance in Azshara Crater and left a "gift"; the massive Fel Reaver, Feltron! Azeroth's adventurers were able to destoy it, but the Dreadlord made his escape. Perhaps this explains why the Forsaken saw fit to sit out festivities this year...

And so another Shardlight comes to a close. But all of Azshara's great fighters left a message - in the shape of a Fel Reaver's inanimate body -to all who would crush out existence on the world:

We remain.

Posted by: Reetha - 03-04-2008, 01:43 AM - Forum: Community News - No Replies

Greetings citizens! Due to the importance of the Festival of Shardlight and the awakening spirits which are reborn through the shards, there are improved rewards for turning shards into the respective authorities. Five shards now grants you two reborn tokens instead of one, and shall do till the Festival reaches its end on 5th March.

Do your part and collect the shards while the tokens are available, and increase your standing with Azeroth and Outland.
