What you missed at the meeting on Wednesday:

Point one
Due to the attack on one of our own, we will seek out the slave trade ring containing a Sin'dorei by the name of Vyndus. We urde any of our ranks who come across this man to capture him and interrogate him to try and find out more about his organization.

Point two
Aenyon is still wanted by the Blades of the Silverfang. Volus would like to take the kill for himself and Leron wants Aenyon's right eye as proof he has been slain. The reward will be high for whoever aids Volus.

Point three
All Blades are urged to find more information on a human by the name of Tavren. Any and all information is useful! Talk to one of the superiors to find what we have now.

Point four
There will be a quest to Purgation Isle. Ruibarra, Blooddaine, Lile, and Aensgar will be going.

Point five
All members of the Blades of the Silverfang with rank Soldier or Adept MUST WEAR THE UNIFORM ONCE IT HAS BEEN DECIDED. Complaining can be brought to Ruibarra to be promptly dealt with.

Point six
Necromancers have been found near the manor. Dalikan has been gathering information on this with Mirran and the Black's Drakes. Ask Ruibarra, Dalikan, or Mirran for more information.

There have been changes to the ranking system within the guild

What she said, the ranking system is still the same in the way but here is what is going on.
-All new players will join ether Military or Mercenary and shall rank to A blade or a Soldier, after that you have a chance depending on you skills, actions, ability and what not you will be put into a elite group of the blade, the two ranks or Champion which is like the supa soldier/merc. And then True blade which are the officers that work with Leron and Volus. The ones of Champion rankd and True blade only really take order from Ruibarra unless stated other wise.

Message to all in the guild

Thanks to our lovely GM staff, the issues you all have been concerned about have been taken care of without any retcons. I'd like to thank everyone for their cooperation in helping us get back on track.

JUST TO CLEAR UP RUMORS, RUIBARRA'S IC DEATH DOES NOT MEAN THE END OF THE BLADES OF THE SILVERFANG.
Leron, as he did when Ruibarra took his leave, is now in command and head of the House.

We will be opening two new internal divisions for members to join freely, each with their own purpose and requirements to join. So, lets open up these branches!

The Hoods are our special ops lead by Sergeant Liridon Duskrunner. In order to be in The Hoods, you must first meet the following requirements:

1) Must be at least Private 2 rank (Specific ranks can be checked by looking at your guild note)
2) Must be moderately active within the guild.
3) Character must be able to equip at least leather armor
4) Character must have ranged combat ability, especially in archery
5) Must be fine with wearing a uniform to set you apart from the other ranks
6) Only Blood Elves, Trolls, Forsaken, and Orcs can be in the Hoods. Sorry, Tauren.

The Fangs are our elite guard squad lead by Sergeant Kirestin Madilinil. In order to be in The Fangs, you must meet the following requirements:

1) Must be at least Private 2 rank.
2) Most be moderately active within the guild
3) Character must be able to equip leather armor
4) Character must be able to equip polearms or two-handed swords
5) Must be fine with wearing a uniform to set you apart from other ranks
6) Must be in neutral standing with the Novalight-Seregon conflict. You may be placed in either house for defense as ordered.

If you're interested in joining either division, let me know OOCly first so I can check to be sure the character meets the requirements. If so, then I'll get to arranging the test to be initiated into those ranks. Our own unique ranking tags will be placed at the end of your rank in guild notes to let us know your standing within that division. I'll post a list of these letter-number ranks and what they mean at a later time.

Next order of business. The Silverfangs have made an alliance with the Novalights and the Seregons, taking a neutral standing with their conflict. Details of the alliance can be obtained by anyone interested in politics. Leron will be continue to ICly strengthen the alliance, though you do not have to take part in politics if you do not care for politics.

We're pretty much considered a minor noble house now. Do not abuse it. Those below General rank are the Blades. Not the Silverfangs. Not to be a downer, but keep that in mind. Yes, you can have pride in your cause, but don't think that gives you any added voice.

Ruibarra is still an important voice within the guild OOCly. He's our founder and is to be respected. I'm the co-founder, but my word carries as much strength as his.

There are invisible NPCs within the guild. Mostly assorted ranks within the standard Blades, Hoods, and Fangs. They are scattered throughout the manor and manor grounds. Keep this in mind if you decided to give any of the superiors lip.

Last thing before I post this. We are ICly looking for a new manor within Eversong (More than likely) with the help of our allies. Anyone can participate in scouting for a new location.

Now, with the official re-opening of the guild, feel free to ask me anything. As you guys should know, I am a pretty active user and generally easy to get along with. Feel free to whisper me at any time I'm in-game.


Edit: Added in another requirement to the Hoods. Also, we may be shifting to all Horde recruitment now. Our Alliance friends in our ranks will be allowed to stay, but recruitment to Alliance members will be limited.

I believe it is time to do something about inactivity within the guild.

If you have a character within the guild, try to sign in on them at least once a week. If you cannot log into a character due to absences, that is understandable. If you've lost interest in playing that character, inform me so I can remove them from the guild.

Now so far only two users have given me reason for absences. If your character within the guild has been absent WITHOUT OOC reasons for longer than 20 days, they will be demoted to "Recruit" for inactivity. If they have not been signed in for 2 months, they will be removed from the guild. I'll run this by Ruibarra soon enough t make sure he's cool with this.

Now, I am planning an event for the Blades. I had one planned out that was going to take place in November... Perhaps we can do that soon?

For our next round of discussions, we will be talking over new locations in which to move our guild operations. Now, we will remain a neutral guild, but our Alliance friends will have to work a little hard ICly to get in. Now, I think with Krilari opening up the Isle of Quel'danas by removing the mobs is ideal. The bay is neutral and the village is belf territory. Ideal how? Leron needs a neutral area for guild operations and belf land for his home. Works great? I think so. But, I would like input from the guild members on this.

I for one think it would be best. And it could open up this RP location to others also. For all of you that haven't been there, it truly is a nice area! So thanks good ol' Krilari for opening it up now.

3) In all seriousness, if I ever get some time from my new busy schedule, I am actually brain storming on a event that may -possible- wake out goofy leader awake, but that won't be for a good bit.

We've got a trail division going! This division will be our holy users! Paladins and Light Priests only! Our leader for this will be Ish. Here's a copypasta of her requirements:

The Light of Silverfang

1) Must be at least Private 2 rank.
2) Must be moderately active within the guild.
3) Character must be a user of the Holy Light.
4) Must be fine with wearing a uniform to set you apart from the other ranks.
5) Allowed races: Blood elf, Forsaken, Troll, Human, Night Elf, Draenei.

We'll see how this division holds under Ish's command and if it will be an official new branch!
