Sadly it doesn't seems to work in Cataclysm (Tried it!)
But it's really quite awesome, and now that it has been mentioned... Where to find this hairstyles patch?

I've noticed this patch also adds... Nipple details, and they're there even with plate on, lol.

The hairstyles patch is available from
http://www.mediafire.com/?s9nw725pngm8en4. Rename it patch-H.MPQ once it's in your Data folder.
Just a warning, since we seem to be moving towards Cata. Do not, I repeat, do
not attempt to patch your WoW client while you have
any custom patches in your Data folder. The launcher and repair tools don't recognize custom patches, and will corrupt the entire folder.

Cata isn't close still, as Xigo has said.

Something about how the file set up for WoW was redone for Cata prevents any model edit patches from working. I'm not sure of the technical aspect of it but that's what I was told.
As for the extra detail you mention I never noticed... till now.
Because you pointed it out...
