The main idea of this guild/event is to get some new recruits with the age between 18 and 21. Mage apprenticeship might take years, so getting to be a mage at 21 would be pretty much impossibru. Well, unless you burn your own facial hair while attempting to make a single spark.

Sorry for getting into this topic while I am not in the guild.

But about the apprentice mages I doubt they would be "experienced" nor "Mages".

They would be apprentices. Simple apprentices.

An exception would be if someone is talented or what, but still he wouldn't be experienced, he would be an apprentice --just slightly "stronger" and more skilled than the others in the use of magic, am I wrong?

It could be easily explained that this guild simply doesn't have anything to offer mages; as in, no one to train them further while such an opportunity is given to the melee-based classes. Or perhaps they simply have no interest in mages for this branch's specific purposes.

Regardless this discussion might be best suited in another thread.

Cressy! I have very limited internet access until a few days after Christmas, I typically have decent access to internet from 2-5pm central time (12-3pm server) until then.

Is there a time that we could RP and such? ^.^ I'm Jackboot by the way.
All bumbling conjurers, clumsy squires, no-talent bards, and cowardly thieves in the land will be preemptively put to death. My foes will surely give up and abandon their quest if they have no source of comic relief.
