I'm not going inactive, just can't be on way to much. I love leadership roles, though I'd want to set up a structure so not a lot fall apart if I can't get on.

Deoblo's making the arcane division last I heard. Kyran already ICly established it, but he's been away since apparently real life is a thing. But anyways, I'm sure we can establish the group rank in the guild and get that situated.

Alright, I am just putting out a few things.

First note, no we are not gone, yes we are gonna come back, probably not anytime soon due to the fact of school, real life, and other things. But I have a storyline in plan, but in order for this to work, Recruitment needs to happen.

Second note. Recruitment, now I understand Silverfang has been deemed an "another elf guild" This statement is a lie, the whole lie, and nothing BUT the lie, Ruibarra had formed this guild as a NUETRAL Guild We are not a guild to suck up to one faction, we help everyone, yes, The silverfangs is a noble house, and Leron tries to keep a fancy apperance with the Silvermoon people, BUT, ruibarra sees things differently and he shall act on his own accord, that means, if you look at Silverfang and go "Oh look that seems okay let me roll an elf!" ...*smack* you are just fueling false lies of the lies that have been lied to us, EVERY character of EVERY race may join AS long that are lawful neutral and above. We are a Lawful Military guild that is out to HELP EVERYONE not just elves, and not just horde, Ruibarra would rather save a human in a situation just as much as he would do for an elf, and he exspects his people to do the same, any racism and belittling of other races does result in demotions and or removing from the guild.

Third note. When we get back up and running, I will not try the onduty armor anymore, no one icly or OOCly even likes being told what they HAVE to wear even if it is a military guild and people like to look uniform , it will just be required to wear something not to flashy and something to match the tabard (blue and silver)

Forth note- Promotions, they will be based on activness on the character, I am going to try (try) To hold small mini events for each division so they can show their skills and strut around like fancy fang people they are, the more of attendance to them the higher up the rankings you will go, though your ranks will not bump up in the guild, it will be bumped up on your notes, everyone will have a chance to lead a team, and you dutyful Guildmaster/DM (Ruibarra and others that wish to DM your demi~ I mean mission) will make sure you enjoy it and will be different from time to time, I will post the event on the fourms for everyone to read them and if you come, good show! If not, thats okay too! Just don't exspect any authority *nods* I will keep the number of events you attend in the officer notes so I can keep up.

Fifth note! Activness, I know I know I know people have things to do, people to see, but please let someone know, I understand people that have to poof just like that and they can't control it, but if you can try to send a message out, if we can not get a message the character will only stay in the guild for at the most two months before they are removed, if you come back and you were rmoved, simply message me or Sachi or someone from the guild and we will pop you back in all huncky dory.

I believe that is all I needed to say at the moment, but I am in works of a story line but in order for it to work I need two things. 1) Active people (this includes me and I shall always try to be on when I can) and 2)Some of you ebil people that are looking for some good/evil clash message me so I can work with you on some of the missions.

Recruitment for the guild is active again (as you can see since Forté has joined the cause). All you have to do is contact one of the commanding officers of the Blades. Who can you contact ICly and OOCly?

These are people with IC recruiting abilities. Technically, any of the Silverfangs can hire others to the Blades, but it will not be official until it has been ICly brought up to one of these characters. There is also an exception for Krest Fairstar (KageAcuma) who is a "secret" division leader of the Elites. He cannot be contacted for recruitment. He will contact you.

Keep in mind that when you join, I prefer to have the forum names of those who join. I like to know who all is in the guild just in case there's a need to contact you as a player. Also, I boot any character that has had a 2 month inactivity run. How do you avoid this boot? Inform me or Ruibarra that you'll be absent and we'll make you a note!

The Arcane Division

Brief Overview: The Arcane Division is, as it's name states, a division for all those who use Arcane! Go figure. The has been made to organize all of the magi who would like to, or currently belong to, The Blades of the Silverfang under one sub-banner! Now we can get down to business and start making use of them in our ranks. And want to know the ironic part? This division is run by none other than your friendly neighborhood Spell-Breaker, Kyran Silverfang.

Training: Each Arcane using Mister or Miss who joins the division and wishes to be trained, can we paired up with someone higher ranking that has the subject they wish to learn down. Pretty cool, right?

Mission: This mission of this sect is to provide magical support to the other divisions when needed, and to work for the greater good of the house. As this division isn't necessarily made up of soldiers who will be on the front lines and clashing with the enemy, we will not likely be heading out on mission alone.
